Rose Potpourri, a medieval recipe.

The Lavender has started to bloom.  It's time to finish the potpourri.

See the Blog Post on May 19, 2014 to find out how to make this.

Place the potpourri in a pottery bowl and stir it up.  It will dry in a few weeks.

It's going to last for years now.  The salt preserves the exquisite scent.

Keep it in a bowl, or basket, or covered jar.
